Kayla was our day of wedding coordinator for our destination wedding in July and to say she was amazing is an understatement. She was not only there for us the day of the wedding, but she was a sounding board to bounce ideas off of and to vent to during the planning process as planning a wedding during a pandemic was not ideal. I knew I wanted Kayla to be our wedding coordinator because having worked as a wedding coordinator in the past myself I knew she would have the same eye for detail and organization as myself if not better. She met with me multiple times throughout the planning process to go over all the details and the vision for the day. With the wedding being out of state she was very thorough in making sure that she had everything she would need for the day of. The wedding itself would not have gone as amazing if Kayla wasn’t there to execute the timeline and act on unforeseen circumstances. One of those being that it rained during our outdoor ceremony, Kayla was quick on her feet in making sure to make the best of the situation and having umbrellas for our guests as well as myself and husband. Kayla made sure that all our needs were met post ceremony and during the reception. She is truly amazing and is always on the move making sure everything goes according to plan and as said before she is quick on her feet when a last minute request is made. A little perk that we loved was Kayla helped coordinate with our hotel staff to have rose petals in our room with all of our cards, a bottle of wine, and our Mr. & Mrs. cups sitting out for when we arrived after the reception. It was truly the perfect touch for us to end the evening with. I could not recommend Kayla enough she goes above and beyond and then some. If you want to make your dream wedding come true then hire Kayla. We love her!
