We hired Kayla to be our coordinator for our big day in July 2022! I wanted our day to go as smooth as possible while allowing my mom, family, and bridesmaids to enjoy the day and relax as well. Kayla was more than a day of coordinator though! We were in constant communication after I hired her. She came up with timelines and questions for vendors that I never would have thought about. We had multiple planning sessions leading up to the day via zoom since we were out of state. She came to our rehearsal and wow! I have been to many rehearsals that are so unorganized but she ran the show and got us in and out! Day of she worked in the heat all day to set up our beautiful ceremony and then stayed all night to help tear down. I seriously don’t know what we would have done without her and would hire her over and over again for any event!! Thank you, Kayla for making our day perfect! You are amazing at what you do!
