Kayla Keith was our day of wedding coordinator for our destination wedding in Indiana. My husband and I’s lives were feeling chaotic with handling jobs, completing graduate school, and planning a wedding during a pandemic. We had to cancel our original wedding date due to the pandemic and were feeling tired of everything wedding… and that is when Kayla swooped in and made wedding planning fun again! Kayla was recommended to us from another wedding planner and I am forever thankful that we connected. In the initial meeting, Kayla took the extra time to get to know me as a person as well as a bride. She was consistently checking in with us throughout the planning process and the day of the wedding. No matter the request she was on it and I knew she would complete it flawlessly. A perfect example of Kayla’s ability to kindly yet efficiently work is when she ran our wedding rehearsal practice the day of the wedding. We were unable to complete a rehearsal the night before because the venue was booked out for another wedding, however this was no problem for Kayla. She had our wedding day scheduled down to the minute and the rehearsal of 20+ people followed the timeline exactly as written! Our photographer said that this was the first wedding she has shot “where literally everything followed the timeline” and we owe that all the Kayla. It is nearly three months later and we still get comments from our bridal party and wedding guests about how sweet our wedding coordinator was. We truly could not have asked for anything more from a wedding coordinator and I know Kayla is one of the biggest reasons my husband and I’s wedding was the best day of our lives.
